TADA Legal Actions

Turkish Anti-Defamation Alliance (TADA) is a non-profit, tax-exempt, membership organization under section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

TADA’s overarching mission is to protect and defend the constitutional and legal rights of Turkish Americans constantly endangered by the Armenians Americans who regularly threaten, vandalize, harass, intimidate, assault, belittle, or bully them to avenge the unproven Armenian genocide allegation.

To this effect, the following legal actions have been undertaken and are being pursuit in strategic alignment with TADA’s mission.

  1. TADA v. California state legislature
  2. TADA v. H.R.7555

  4. TADA v. Facebook ban
  5. TADA v. Anti Turkish essay contest
  6. TADA v. Elizabeth Warren Statements

Like all organizations, TADA will defend itself, by employing all avenues of legal redress, against defamatory, derogatory, deceitful, or misleading statements made directly or to third parties intended to impair or handicap its operations.
